With more than 25 years of experience in global leadership, Patrick Dunn brings a rare blend of corporate strategy and humanitarian vision to every stage he steps onto. As the Global Head of Technology Resilience for Broadridge Financial Services, he led complex, high-impact initiatives across the fintech sector. Today, he channels that expertise through Paxaterra Global, a consultancy focused on strategic resilience, sustainable leadership, and mission-aligned transformation.
In his roles as Global Partnership Director for Roots of Peace and Peace Chair for Rotary District 5190, Patrick unites diplomacy, sustainability, and service—building global partnerships that advance peace through agriculture and empower communities in post-conflict regions. His work across continents underscores a powerful message: that leadership, when rooted in purpose, can change the world.
Leading with Soul: A Life of Purpose in Action
Raised in rural Maine by a WWII veteran and former POW from the Battle of the Bulge—with only a sixth-grade education—and a devoted homemaker, Patrick Dunn grew up in a home where humility, hard work, and service were more than values—they were a way of life. Adopted as an infant, Patrick became the first in his family to graduate from both college and graduate school, forging a path grounded in gratitude, resilience, and purpose.
His early experiences volunteering at the VA hospital where his father worked instilled a lasting belief in the power of compassion and community. That foundation would carry him forward—to become a Division I All-American athlete, a senior executive in global finance and technology, and later, a caregiver to his parents through their battles with Alzheimer’s. He continued the legacy of love and service by adopting his daughter from Colombia—another full-circle chapter in a life shaped by belonging and empathy.
Though the demands of corporate leadership and family life at times pulled him away from that early sense of mission, Patrick has always found his way back—to purpose, to people, and to the soul of leadership. Today, he brings those lived experiences to every keynote and workshop, helping organizations and individuals lead with clarity, authenticity, and meaningful impact.
